Defense of the PhD Dissertation by Yu.V. Kudryashova

On July 8, 2026, at the meeting of the Dissertation Council 24.2.296.03 at the Far Eastern Federal University, Yulia Vladimirovna Kudryashova successfully defended her dissertation for the degree of Ph.D. of Chemical Sciences in the specialty 1.5.15 - Ecology (chemical sciences).

The topic of the dissertation is "A study of the spatial and temporal variability of PAH pollution and related environmental risks in the water column of the Sea of Japan." The aim of the work was to identify the spatial and temporal patterns of the distribution, transformation and environmental risks of PAHs in the water column of Peter the Great Bay and the adjacent deep-water area of the Sea of Japan.

The dissertation work was carried out in the Laboratory for Integrated Research of Environment and Mineral Resources POI FEB RAS under the scientific supervision of Ph.D. of Chemical Sciences Tatyana Leonidovna Chizhova.

According to the results of a secret voting (11 in favor, 0 against), the decision of the Dissertation Council 24.2.296.03 awarded Kudryashova Yulia Vladimirovna the degree of Ph.D. of Chemical Sciences in the specialty 1.5.15 - Ecology (chemical sciences).
