Meeting of the POI FEB RAS staff with the crew of the nuclear submarine “Novosibirsk”

On February 16, 2026, a meeting was held between the staff from the POI FEB RAS Laboratory of Nonlinear Dynamic Systems and the members of the crew of the nuclear-powered submarine Novosibirsk, part of the Pacific Fleet (Pacific Fleet). The meeting was held to discuss the possibility of collaboration between the Institute and the Pacific Fleet on providing operational oceanographic information on the World Ocean, taking into account the mathematical modeling and analysis performed in the laboratory.
