POI FEB RAS Staff Awarded Certificates of Appreciation for Their Contribution to "Marine Congress – Far East 2026"

The congress organizers – the Government of the Primorsky Krai and NEVA International LLC –presented Certificates of Appreciation to Dr. Alexander N. Charkin (PhD in Geology and Mineralogy), Acting Director of POI FEB RAS; Dr. Dmitry D. Kaplunenko (PhD in Geography), Leading Researcher at the Laboratory for Advanced Marine Research; and Dr. Konstantin A. Roginsky (PhD in Engineering, from IO RAS and POI FEB RAS), for their active participation in the region's largest industry forum. The "Marine Congress – Far East 2026" took place from May 27 to 29 in Vladivostok, at the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) campus on Russky Island.

The organizers particularly highlighted the valuable contribution of POI FEB RAS experts to the development of public dialogue regarding the needs and potential of the key areas in Russia's maritime sector. The professional competence and unique expertise of the Institute's representatives ensured the formation of a relevant and constructive agenda in the interests of the domestic maritime industry.
